AARP (American Association of Retired People) magazine, Sept 06 , has reported Spirulina as number 1 food that can add years to our life! This is based on the studies conducted at the Univ. of South Florida Center of Excellence for Aging and Brain Repair.
AARP, a non-profit organization with membership of 35 million people, mainly Americans of age 50 and above, is considered to be very influential amongst the elderly in making their decisions.
